Application Checklist

The following information is usually required during the loan process:

  • Last 30 days of pay check stubs
  • Last two years of W2's
  • Last two years of complete tax returns, if self employed
  • Last two months bank statements
  • Purchase Agreement if applicable

Additional documents that may be required:

  • Most recent 401k or IRA statements
  • Divorce decree, property settlement agreements, child support orders
  • Bankruptcy or foreclosure paperwork if they occurred in the last seven years

For New Construction:

  • All of the above items
  • builder contract
  • Specifications and plans for project
  • Land Purchase Agreement, copy of Deed, copy of Closing Disclosure for prior purchase of the land.
